1. The "Schlemmerinfo"-system serves to find restaurant entries. The internet user receives permission from dodo travel services ltd. to use the system for this purpose free of charge.

With the use of "Schlemmerinfo" the internet user acknowledges the copyrighted and competitively protected application, which consists of the application software of the server and the recorded Schlemmerinfo restaurant data. Each use and application for any purposes outside the narrow legal limits, especially in regard to copyright laws, without the written permission of dodo travel services ltd., is forbidden and under circumstances even punishable by law.
   So are especially the

   1. complete or partial use and, respectively, the use of excerpts, for the commercial utilization of addresses or as a basis and, respectively, as resources, for the compilation or amending of indexes of any kind or for the alteration of data contained in such indexes (e.g. on another internet site),
